The AI Skills Gap Is Already
Costing You.
Leadership is talking about AI transformation. But across the org, adoption looks the same everywhere: a handful of early adopters experimenting alone, no shared playbook, and no way to tell if the output is any good.
That gap between “we should use AI” and “we use AI well” doesn’t close on its own. It closes when someone gives your people a shared framework, hands-on practice, and a clear standard.
What’s actually happening across teams
- Teams experimenting with AI individually, with no shared approach
- People prompting differently, no way to share what works
- No standard for judging whether AI output is good enough to use
- Competitors in your space are training their teams, and the gap widens every quarter
- The only options are 8-week courses nobody finishes, or YouTube
- Your best people are figuring it out alone and keeping it to themselves

The average knowledge worker spends 2.5 hours/week on tasks AI could handle. At $75/hour, this adds up fast.

The Program
Two half-days. Two builds. A queue for Monday.
Every minute in the room is your team doing the work on their own jobs. The instructor coaches, then names the pattern after the room has already used it.
Day 1 · Half-day
Personal unlock
Each attendee builds a Claude Project on a real external dependency they should be tracking but aren’t. They use it Monday, again on the 8th, again on the 15th. The framework gets named live, on the demo the room just watched.
Day 2 · Half-day
The process you’ve been postponing
Each attendee picks the process they’ve been avoiding, maps it across people, tools, trainings, guardrails, and metrics, then writes starter paragraphs for the next three to five builds. A queue, not a strategy doc.
How it’s taught
Theory through doing
No lecture block is longer than the build that earned it. Personalized starters for every attendee mean nobody stares at a blank prompt. The instructor circulates hardest cases first and names the matrix only after the room has already filled it.
Deliverables
What your team leaves with on Monday morning
Three working artifacts. Three credentials. Zero homework.
A working Watchtower
A Claude Project on your real external dependency. Used Monday, again on the 8th, again on the 15th.
A horizontal process map
One real process — the one you’ve been postponing — mapped across people, tools, trainings, guardrails, metrics.
An implementation queue
Three to five starter paragraphs, pre-written in the room, ready to paste. Replaces the strategy doc nobody reads.
Completion certificate
For L&D records and professional profiles.
Executive summary
A team competency report written for your leadership, not your L&D team.
Six months of cohort access
Peer pressure-test channel for your next builds.
Curriculum
What happens in the room
Two half-days. Two builds on your real work. A queue of next builds ready to paste Monday.
Day 1
Personal unlock
Every attendee walks out with a Claude Project built on their own real work that does something they couldn’t have done themselves in the time.
Day 2
Scaffolding through application
Every attendee walks out with a horizontal map of one real process and starter paragraphs for the next three to five builds already drafted. Not a strategy document — a queue.
Why This Program
Why this program works
Live, Not Recorded
Every session is instructor-led with real-time Q&A, group exercises, and live feedback. Your team learns together, not in isolation.
Outcomes, Not Theory
Your team leaves with documents they’ll use Monday morning, not notes they’ll forget by Tuesday. Every deliverable is tailored to your team’s workflows.
8 Hours, Not 8 Weeks
Two half-day sessions. None of the self-paced modules that never get finished. Your team is up and running within a week.
